It's important to deep condition your hair after washing with shampoo and conditioner. This is especially true if you frequently use heat appliances or have dry hair. Deep conditioning will help your hair retain moisture and reduce the potential of damage that leads to breakage.
7. Unbalanced Diet
Eating a healthy diet with plenty of protein, vitamins, minerals, and essential fatty acids is an important factor in overall health including how our body functions, heals, reacts to stressors, etc. Poor nutrient intake can cause hair thinning or even hair loss.
