Face Yoga is the new anti-aging fad, and experts claim it can drastically reduce wrinkles, and tighten your face and neck in just 5 minutes a day. Touted as a natural way to give yourself a non-surgical facelift, Face Yoga has garnered many famously beautiful followers like Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markel, and Jennifer Anniston. According to face yoga expert, Danielle Collins, facial exercises “can strengthen muscles, improve lymph flow and relax lines caused by holding tension in the face.” This means that 5 to 10 minutes of face yoga a day could reduce puffiness and wrinkles, and lift neck and face skin for a more youthful appearance. Experts like Collins swear by facial exercises in combination with facial massage to promote circulation, oxygen and cellular nourishment. Sound interesting? Check out Collins’ 4 top facial exercises + massage below, as well as our favorite Face Yoga videos to get you started.
